Roll-Off Dumpster Rental across North Central Florida
A roll-off dumpster is the open-top container you see dropped in a driveway or job site — delivered on a truck, left for the length of your project, and hauled away when you're done. It's the workhorse behind everything from a garage cleanout to a full demolition job, and getting the size and placement right up front is most of what makes the rental go smoothly.
We run roll-off service out of our yard on West University Ave near the I-75/Butler Plaza corridor, covering Gainesville and Alachua County same-day in most cases, with next-day delivery reaching further out to towns like Melrose, Keystone Heights, Starke, Trenton, Bronson and Williston. Five sizes cover the range from a single-room cleanout to major demolition debris, and every rental is a flat-rate window — no mileage surprises, no vague pricing you have to call twice to pin down.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — the Gainesville-area specifics
Our yard sits on West University Ave on Gainesville's west side, near the I-75 and Butler Plaza commercial corridor — not downtown, not on campus — which puts us within easy reach of Gainesville proper, Haile Plantation, midtown and the Duckpond, as well as Alachua, High Springs, Newberry, Archer, Micanopy, Waldo, Hawthorne, LaCrosse and Windsor across the rest of Alachua County. Those towns are generally same-day territory. Further out, Melrose toward the Putnam County line, Keystone Heights in Clay County's lakes country, Starke along US-301 in Bradford County, Trenton in Gilchrist County, and Bronson and Williston in Levy County are typically next-day rather than same-day — still fully served, just on a slightly longer lead time. University of Florida move-out weeks in May and August bring a genuine seasonal spike in demand near campus and midtown, and Florida's June-through-November storm season brings a second wave of downed-limb cleanup, including along Gainesville's well-known canopy roads — both are worth booking a little ahead of when you can.

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
What areas do you deliver roll-off dumpsters to?
We serve 16 towns across six counties: Gainesville, Alachua, High Springs, Newberry, Archer, Micanopy, Waldo, Hawthorne, LaCrosse and Windsor in Alachua County, plus Melrose, Keystone Heights, Starke, Trenton, Bronson and Williston further out. Gainesville and the rest of Alachua County are generally same-day; the outer towns are usually next-day.
How do I know what size roll-off to rent?
It comes down to the project. Small cleanouts and roofing jobs usually fit a 10 or 15 yard, medium renovations run 20 yard, and multi-room remodels, estate cleanouts or commercial demolition typically call for a 30 or 40 yard. Describe the job and we'll recommend a size.
How long can I keep a roll-off dumpster?
Rental windows are flexible and set when you book, typically running about a week to ten days for most residential and contractor jobs. If your project runs longer, let us know before pickup and we can usually extend it.
Is delivery available during UF move-out weeks in May and August?
Yes, but demand near campus and midtown spikes hard during those weeks, so booking a few days ahead rather than the day of is the safest way to lock in the size and delivery window you want.
What's the difference between same-day and next-day service areas?
Same-day covers Gainesville and the rest of Alachua County when our schedule allows it. Towns further out like Melrose, Keystone Heights, Starke, Trenton, Bronson and Williston are reachable but generally need next-day delivery due to the added drive time.
