Sixteen towns across six North Central Florida counties, and one yard on the west side off University Ave. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 7230 W University Ave, on Gainesville's west side, close to the I-75 and Butler Plaza corridor. That location decides the shape of our day: Gainesville itself — the county seat of Alachua County — along with Alachua, High Springs, Newberry, Archer, Micanopy, Waldo, Hawthorne, LaCrosse and Windsor close in, are near enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, while Melrose toward the Putnam County line, Keystone Heights in Clay County, Starke in Bradford County, and Trenton, Bronson and Williston out toward Gilchrist and Levy County are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Greater Gainesville looks genuinely different place to place when it comes to running a truck. Gainesville itself mixes a huge, dense University of Florida-driven core near campus and midtown, a fast-growing west-side commercial corridor along Newberry Rd and Archer Rd, and established in-town neighborhoods like the Duckpond and Haile Plantation — and the university itself sets a real seasonal rhythm, with UF's May and August student- housing move-out weeks generating a genuine wave of cleanout demand on top of a normal spring-through-fall building season. Alachua County towns close in — Alachua, High Springs, Newberry — mix newer subdivisions with small-town cores, while Archer, Micanopy, Waldo, Hawthorne, LaCrosse and Windsor keep more of a rural, acreage feel. Melrose sits toward the Putnam County line, Keystone Heights and Starke round out the Clay and Bradford County edge, and Trenton, Bronson and Williston cover Gilchrist and Levy County with their own mix of rural and small-town properties. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.

All 16 towns across the greater Gainesville area: Gainesville itself along with Alachua, High Springs, Newberry, Archer, Micanopy, Waldo, Hawthorne, LaCrosse and Windsor in Alachua County; Melrose toward the Putnam County line; Keystone Heights in Clay County; Starke in Bradford County; Trenton in Gilchrist County; and Bronson and Williston in Levy County. Our yard is on the west side off University Ave, so Gainesville and the rest of Alachua County are the quickest, and towns farther out toward the edges of the service area are next-day rather than same-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a Starke or Trenton delivery is not priced the same as a Gainesville one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Right after a strong storm line moves through during Florida's June-through-November storm season, during UF's May and August student-housing move-out weeks, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites tied to west-Gainesville growth around Butler Plaza and Haile Plantation book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties, relocations and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 16 towns listed on this page, spread across six North Central Florida counties. If you are just outside that footprint we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
